This depends on a few things 🙂
Are you using security?
- If so, you can create a new user with limited read permissions (by configuring Spaces access)
- If not, you can either send them the link directly or export as a PNG or PDF
If you could provide more information about how you'd like to share your Dashboard I can give more guidance as well!
