Can you explain more of what you are trying to do?

You can use Dashboard functions that are available if you add it to `optionalPlugins` in your `kibana.json` using [this documentation.](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/7.10/docs/development/core/server/kibana-plugin-core-server.pluginmanifest.md)

But you might just be able to [call the saved object](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/7.10/saved-objects-api-get.html) and then manipulate for your use case.
