# Signed up for the elastic 3-month course Strigio not working

Hi, I signed up for your free elastic defend course. The problem is that on strigio I can not access my student lab virtual machines out of three 2 are working win-10 and CTFD but the lab machine that hosts elastic is not working and displaying error to contact the course instructor to reset it. Please help me in this regard. Please guide me how to get it reset

Please reach out to [training@elastic.co](mailto:training@elastic.co). We are seeing some issues with Strigo labs. Replacing the lab environment usually should hopefully fix this.

I m facing the same issue. I did reach out to [training@elastic.co](mailto:training@elastic.co) but got a standard reply. I cant even access course material.
