# Sizing

What should be bare minimum RAM and Hard disk requirement while setting up Elastic components in testing or production environments.

We are using Filebeat, Logstash and Elasticsearch and Kibana components. Daily log size from 20 applications is 40 GB.

Decided 2 nodes for Logstash (load balanced) and Elastic Cluster of 3 nodes. Filebeat and Kibana are running on single nodes.

Recommending Elastic stack first time for production environment. Looking for best sizing configuration.
