# Slack integration for Workplace Search

Currently I am exploring how Workplace Search is integrating different sources and have problem with Slack.  
I have carefully followed instruction set from  
`https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/workplace-search/7.10/workplace-search-slack-connector.html`  
set up Slack app, redirect was successful and Slack connector is added. I have added needes scopes and so on. However no search with Slack happens.  
Loading content... message is shown and the circle is turning around without a stop 🙂 in search I have no messages from slack. The connector status is shown green and proudly says "Ready to search".  
How to troubleshoot this connector?

Hi Łukasz,

Sorry for the trouble. This is expected, unfortunately. Slack has deprecated one of the APIs that we use to retrieve data. Fixing it is in our near-term roadmap.

BTW, is this something I could see in logs that it has gone wrong?
