# Snapshot error

Hello,

We have an ES cluster v7.8.1 and we try to create a first snapshot. We used kibana and created a policy. However we got errors on several index. Errors are :  
"""ElasticsearchException[failed to create blob container]; nested:FileAlreadyExistsException[\Machine\_name\Nuix\_Snapshot\indices]"""  
Does anybody have already encountered this error message?

7.8 is [EOL](https://www.elastic.co/support/eol) and you should upgrade as a matter of urgency.  
It'd be useful if you shared the requests that you are making to setup the snapshot and the full error you are getting.
