# Specifying Filebeat paths with "-"

Hello All ,

I have a filebeat config like this

> ```
> - type: log
> enabled: true
> paths:
> - //XXXXXX/E122_WWUSA-OPRD-CmpLog/XXXX/XXXXX/*.log
> - //XXXXXX/E122_WWUSA-OPRD-CmpLog/XXXX/XXXXX/*.log
> 
> ```

I have the folder with hypon (-) E122\_WWUSA-OPRD-CmpLog in it , which is not recognized as a valid folder . Is there any way i can specify this in filebeat.yml ? . Please help.

You should move this to the beats forum, it is not a logstash question.
