Hi

Just added another node to my cluster and for some reason I cannot get it to show the CPU Usage (os.cpu.percent) in Kibana - It just says -1. Looking directly in the stats endpoint, it also says -1. Facts:

1. I have 3 identical nodes, all showing the CPU Usage
2. They all run on Windows, JDK11, v7.3.1 and setup identically.

Any input to why this particular node is not showing this metric? Doc's just say that it means 'Not Supported', however I got 3 other nodes proving it is supported.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

For future readers - added the user running the Elasticsearch Service to the administrator group, solved the problem.
