# Step missing? - Deploy medium installation

Hi there!  
In the documentation for showing how to install a medium installation:

...it is said:  
This first host holds all roles to help bootstrap the rest of the installation, but you will remove some of its roles **in a later step**.

Actually I am missing this later step on that page - if I am not mistaken.  
So: Does someone please tell me (example line) **how to remove a allocator role** from the firs node using either the install script or the API.
