# Strigo Lab Ended (Lab Reset Needed)

Hello,
My lab for the paid training is unable to start in Strigo, and I have no option to reset the lab myself. Can someone help? I've seen other posts with this issue resolved by moderators.

Hi @rdmershon,
I'm not sure I understand the issue. Can you please clarify?
Are you saying you cannot do the lab, because you ran out of time? If so, please reach out via email to [training@elastic.co](mailto:training@elastic.co) .
Or are you running into a technical issue with the lab? If so, please describe the problem, and the course you are taking. We can then help you troubleshoot.
