# Strigo lab environment status: error

Course: Elastic Observability Egineer On-Demand

Question: Yesterday I've done the module 2.2 -Logs, today when trying to resume the lab session, It was took sometime, Then After error showing like below, and even it's not working my time was counting, it took me 1 hour already while I was trying to get it up...

Error message:  
"We have encountered a technical issue while setting up or your lab.Please contact your course provider, as they can best help you resolve this issue."
