# Strigo session prompts for account creation

Just started the Shipping Log Data training. Following the video, I expected to be taken to a unix like prompt, however strigo insists on creating an account. I do so using the same email I registered to register for the class, and it says that there are no associated instances. Anyone in Elastic Training able to help?
