# String index out of range: -1

Elasticsearch-master from [https://github.com/saliormoon/elasticsearch](https://github.com/saliormoon/elasticsearch)  
Operating System: Windows  
Gradle version: 3.5

When I build elasticsearch source code with gradle. it has a such exception:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

- What went wrong:  
String index out of range: -1

Could anyone can give me some advice?
