# Successfullystarted logstash but it cant read my file even configuration is done without error msg

My config file

and My cmd prompt shown msg in logstash configuration

Do not use backslash in the path option of a file input -- use forward slash.

Changed the backslash to forwardslash successfully eventhough its not read it

file {  
path =\>"C:/Users/pgt0005/Desktop/data/100-contacts.csv"  
start\_position =\> "beginning"  
}  
}

filter {  
csv{  
separator=\>","

}

}

elasticsearch {

}

}

Any other solution for this
