This is the same issue than the one exposed at [https://github.com/elastic/packetbeat/issues/78?\_pjax=%23js-repo-pjax-container](https://github.com/elastic/packetbeat/issues/78?_pjax=%23js-repo-pjax-container), but maybe here is the correct plase to ask this:  
Is there any idea when Postgres extended queries will be supported?

I'll try to have another look at that this week, last time it felt doable but not easy. I'll update the ticket with the findings.
