# Support for Spark Structured Streaming

Hello,  
I would like if there are any plans to support the Structured Streaming Programming ([doc](http://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/structured-streaming-programming-guide.html))?

@Luca_Belluccini There are [plans for it](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-hadoop/issues/818) but Structured Streaming is still in Alpha, and as such, it is unlikely that the development will complete before it goes to Beta due to API stability concerns.
