From this doucment "[https://www.elastic.co/blog/licensing-change](https://www.elastic.co/blog/licensing-change)" , have understood that switch from the Apache 2.0 license to a dual license that will take place for the upcoming 7.11 release. Is that will imapct for those who use the operator?

I guess you meant the ECK operator? Moving the discussion to #orchestration:eck...

It does not change anything as the ECK operator is yet under an Elastic License. So nothing changes for this licensing change, as for most users 😉
