# Synonyms API: Synonyms set not updating

I've been trying to use the synonyms API, by way of a short `curl` script, to add to our synonyms set in Elastic Cloud. One thing I've found is that, when I go to the Dev Tools console to verify the updates, they don't seem to have entirely taken effect. For example, my set is named `base_synonyms_set`, and when I execute `GET /synonyms/base_synonyms_set` in the console, I get the output included below.

The strange thing is that the `count` is correct--I have attempted to add to our set for a total of 34 rules. But as you can see in the `synonyms_set` array, there are not 34 rules. Despite the updated count, the rules themselves appear unchanged.

I'm an idiot. The default page size is 10, which is why only 10 results are shown. This question can be closed/removed.
