# Synthetics alerts

We're running ES 8.17.3. I have several Monitors configured in Observability/Synthetics. The down email alerts are generated with the Details section populated with all the correct data but in the up email alerts there is no data.

It had been working properly, so I'm guessing this is a result of a recent upgrade.

Any ideas?
