# Synthetics Bug

Hi Team,
On the synthetics page, we have a monitor which is actually up and showing green. Once we click on it, a small window opens and shows it as "down". Everywhere else it shows it green, however at one particular section, it is showing as down.
Please find the screenshot below:
Please let me know if it is a bug or not?

Hi @Ankita_Pachauri,
Thanks for raising! I did have a quick scan of the `elastic/synthetics` and `elastic/kibana` repos and I don't see any issues that seem to match. To confirm, it's the monitor pop-out on the overview screen that it's showing as down?
Can you confirm which version of Kibana and Elastic Synthetics that you're using? Is there any logs or errors in the monitor that you see at all?

Hi @carly.richmond,
Yes it is the pop up that is showing as down.
Rest the monitor itself is green and if I go to monitor further, it also shows that up.
I am using ELK version 8.13.4.
I did not find any issue in the history.

If you could raise a bug with details for the team to investigate that would be great. I'm not sure from the details if it's a UI or underlying synthetics issue, so I would recommend raising on `@elastic/synthetics` and they team can advise if it needs to go to the Kibana repo instead.
