# Synthetics monitor stuck in "pending" when using Elastic's global infrastructure

Hi

I'm trying to use Elastic's global testing infrastructure in Synthetics monitors but when creating the monitor it gets stuck in "pending" indefinitely. Using private locations works fine. Does anybody had this issue before?

@Ruben_Bajo Welcome to Elastic discuss forum.

Can you please share your monitorId, clusterId and userId? Since you are on cloud you can also create a support ticket.

I did read the documentation on traffic filters and added the needed CIDRs. Now it works!
