Hi,

we would like to implement Teams connector in Kibana, we create the webhook url but the problem is that this url only works if we use a proxy (we tested as curl in the server).

How can we add the proxy setting in the connector? Have we to work with kibana.yml?

Thanks,
Federica

Hello,

What is your version of the stack please? and your license level? Can I also ask what is your use case for this?

We have a teams connector already configured in our alerting. But it being available depends on your license level [Microsoft Teams connector and action | Kibana Guide [8.6] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/teams-action-type.html)

Thanks,
Bhavya

Hi Bhavya,

thanks you for the reply.

Our license is Platinum and our version is 8.6.2.

We use Teams connector, but the problem is that we can't connect directly, we need to use a proxy.
In the connector settings I can't set proxy setting, it is correct? Or there is a way to do that?

To be more clear, to reach the webhook url (the same used for teams connector), we need, from terminal, to add the proxy url.

Thanks,
Federica

You'll want to use the `xpack.actions.proxyUrl` setting in `kibana.yml` - and you may need to use some of the additional _proxy_ related configurations listed in the same section: [Alerting and action settings in Kibana | Kibana Guide [8.6] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/alert-action-settings-kb.html#action-settings)
