# Temp downtimes, OptionalDataException (500) on ALL APIs (AWS)

I believe the AWS Elasticsearch service runs a proprietary fork of Elasticsearch, which seems supported by the redacted parts of the stack traces, This makes it impossible to support here. You therefore probably need to contact AWS Support.
