Heya,

Sorry to raise this thread. Does someone tried to mvn install the master
branch and run all tests recently?

I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with my environment or if there is
a regression in master???

Thanks

David.

Hi David,

I just re-ran all tests on the latest version from master and all tests
passed. I am running them on Mac with java v1.6.0\_35.

I know these errors. They are spurious and are not fatal. Probably it's a
cleanup problem, check if the "work" and the "data" folders are empty... I
use the maven clean plugin for this.

Cheers, Jörg

Thanks Jörg

I tried it again with a clean target dir, with no work or data dir in project root dir but it failed again.

What I'm trying to achieve is to verify that I did not break anything with my pull request about tests: [Move all generated files during tests to maven target dir by dadoonet · Pull Request #2310 · elastic/elasticsearch · GitHub](https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/pull/2310)

Can someone run tests for my branch movetesttotargetdir : [https://github.com/dadoonet/elasticsearch/tree/movetesttotargetdir](https://github.com/dadoonet/elasticsearch/tree/movetesttotargetdir) and tell me if it works fine? As I can't test master without test errors, I can't say if there is any regression. (I don't think there is any regression 😉 )

Jörg, I saw your comment in the pull request. I don't understand if you suggest to add options to the maven clean plugin instead of merging my pull request or if you think that I must add theses options also.

## Thanks

David 😉
