you can sort your table in Lens in edit mode which will persist when you view your dashboard. we're working on adding sort controls from the dashboard view in an upcoming release [[Lens] Allow sorting on dashboard edit & view · Issue #114625 · elastic/kibana · GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/114625) ---
