# “The file could not be processed due to error: “Gateway Timeout”"

Hi Team,

Getting "Gateway Timeout" while importing ES 6.3 dashboard file to OS 1.3,  
Can any one help here  
is the time out is due to large json file size ?

Opensearch is not supported here so you will need to reach out to that community instead.
