# This cluster had issues returning data and results might be incomplete

This cluster had issues returning data and results might be incomplete. and showing “`searchTimeout"`what is solution for this.

Hi @Sriknth,

We'll need some more information on your issue to determine the cause the timeout. Can you share the health of your cluster captured using the [health endpoint](https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-cluster-health). Please also share the query and the expected return volumes.
