# Tile Map not working ? DNS lookup problem

I have a viz with a tile map - the geopoint data in the docs is found and looks fine.

However, no map is displayed.

Opening the Chrome dev console, I see a GET to [https://otile3-s.mqcdn.com/tiles/1.0.0/map/2/1/1.jpeg](https://otile3-s.mqcdn.com/tiles/1.0.0/map/2/1/1.jpeg) which fails.  
Many other GETs to the same URL also fail.

Typing the URL into my browser gives;

This site can’t be reached

[otile3-s.mqcdn.com](http://otile3-s.mqcdn.com)’s server DNS address could not be found.  
DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN

Any ideas ?

You need Kibana 4.5.3 or higher as the Map server used in previous versions no longer hands them out for free and elastic now supply their own.
