so it should be Thursday, January 16, 2020 12:21:12 PM? (eventtime in CEF is 1579177272)

maybe you have [this problem](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/filebeat-assumes-utc/80896/4)  
sorry, I can't help much, I just happen to be someone with another [CEF time issue](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/syslog-filebeat-input-how-to-get-sender-ip-address/214809/6) and I was curious to see if we had the same problem. It doesn't seem so.
