# Timeout error when downloading the artifacts in elastic-agent from kibana UI

Good morning, I am trying to update the elastic-agent from the kibana UI interface, but it is giving me a timeout error when downloading the artifacts, how can I increase the package download timeout?

Have you tried to assess the possibility of latency in your network connection or bandwidth throttling implementation? Please, in addition to the timing message, is anything else displayed? Describe the procedure you are doing to update your elastic agent. What is the status of your elastic agent?

Thanks for answering wsouza, if I have problems with the bandwidth, where I have that agent deployed I only have 1 MB/s, I know that this is the problem. That's why my question is if there was any way to increase the timeout because I can't increase that bandwidth at the moment.
