# Timestamp attribute mapping as text(this existing mapping not working for newly created indices )

I am using dynamic indices creation with _template  
{  
"base\_index\_dev" : {  
"order" : 0,  
"index\_patterns" : [  
"dev\_shipments__",  
"dev\_shipment\_legs\__",  
"dev\_transport\_orders\_\*"  
],  
"settings" : {  
"index" : {  
"default\_pipeline" : "timestamp"  
}  
},  
"mappings" : {  
"dynamic\_date\_formats" : [  
"MM-dd-yyyy HH:mm:ss.SSS"  
],  
"date\_detection" : true,  
"properties" : {  
"shipmentReferences" : {  
"type" : "nested"  
},  
"shipmentStops" : {  
"type" : "nested"  
}  
}  
},  
"aliases" : { }  
}  
}  
It was working fine earlier but not working now and mapping timestamp field as text

elastic version: 7.11.1
