# To solve an error

Facing this error.

Please help me resolve,

Error updating document with EventID ': AuthorizationException(403, security exception", "action [Indices:data/read/get] is unauthorized for user [user] with roles [viewer, superuser], this action is granted by the index privileges (read, all]')

Even though The (user) has superuser right, yet encountering this error.

Welcome!

Are you sure that your connected user has the `superuser` role?  
Could you check that please?

```auto
GET /_security/user/user

```
