# Token Service could not get token document

Hi all,  
In the cluster there has been info message

```auto
[2020-10-09T11:49:34,157][INFO][o.e.x.s.a.TokenService] [] could not get token document [token_ChHbqugJxSEN47zQ-DgsvlzZXyPdPly1yRA_VnPasUM] that should have been created, retrying

```

What this message means and what need to fix it
