# Topbeat not showing process data

Top beat is running fine except my process data is showing as this

Any idea what is causing this?

The name of the process seems strange to me. It might be that the field is analyzed by Elasticsearch. To fix it, you need to load the Topbeat template. The template defines what type each field is. yes I did that already. I deleted the old one and re did it just to make sure there were no mistakes. Still getting the same issue.

On what operating system is this? Can you check if there are any actual process names? Try via the discover tab.
