# Tranfer subset of fields of an index to another ES cluster

Hello,

Is there some way (or utility) to transfer a subset of fields of an index from one ES cluster to another?

I use Logstash like [this](https://gist.github.com/markwalkom/8a7201e3f6ea4354ae06).  
I am sure you could adapt it to your needs.
