# Trigger event when file is closed in file-output plugin

Hi,  
Is it possible to get some kind of an event/trigger/code execution every time the file-output plugin closes a file?  
The use case is that I want some processing to happen after every file is created, and I was wondering if I could use logstash for that trigger, or do I have to implement watching this directory on my own
