I am following the documentation on this webpage: [Install Elasticsearch with .zip on Windows | Elasticsearch Guide [8.2] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/zip-windows.html). Essentially, when I run `bin\elasticsearch-create-enrollment-token -s node` while having Elasticsearch running in another tab in the PowerShell, I get this error: `ERROR: Failed to determine the health of the cluster. Unexpected http status [403]`. ---
