# Unable to check permissions in Fleet

Hi ,

We are unable to access the fleet and we are getting the error unable to check permission.

1. Which Elastic version are you using?
2. From which user you're trying to access fleet?
3. Could you check if you have enough privilege to access that?

Hi,

We are using 8XX version.  
We are attempting to access the superuser account, and the same user has full permissions.
