# Unable to create account for E;astic Cloud Managed Services on Microsoft Azure

We are trying to create an Account for Elastic Cloud Managed Services on Azure.  
The Create Account option redirects us to the [Elastic.co](http://Elastic.co) site.  
How do we create an Elastic Cloud Managed Service instance on Azure Cloud? DO we need to have an account with [Elastic.co](http://Elastic.co) in place prior to creating the subscription in Azure?

Hey @pavank Yes you would also need to have a [Elastic.co](http://Elastic.co) account as outlined in the below guide
