# Unable to create kibana readonly dashboard after upgrade

Currently my Kibana/Elasticsearch version is 7.17.1 community edition.
I installed it on Ubuntu. Earlier I was able to create on readonly dahsboard.
Now when I want to add the newly created dashboard in admin role to a readonly space,
I am not able to see that dashboard in the readonly space.
I followed the discussion in [Kibana Read only dashboard](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/kibana-read-only-dashboard/214792) .. still it doesn't show up.
is there any limitation or am I doing wrong. How can I check the error logs
