# Unable to delete the Elasticsearch pods

we are deleting the elasticsearch cluster (deleting elasticsearch\_cr and operator files by using kubectl commad). When I am doing 'kubectl get elasticsearch' not able to see anything .But pods(elastic operator, master, data -ingest ) are still up and running. Even it is showing corresponding CR as deleted .We are using Elasticsearch-Operator version is 1.1.0 and elasticsearch version is 7.4.0. Can anyone help me with this, why pods are still runnning .
