I have a Vega-Lite visualization that I've added to a canvas. I've switched off "Show title" and "Apply custom time range" in settings but each time the page is reloaded, the "Apply custom time range" is switched back on. Is this some sort of bug or is it working as designed? "Show title" remains switched off.

This seems like a bug. Would you mind opening a [new issue](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new/choose) in our GitHub repository and providing all the important details (version, reproducible example if possible, etc.)?
