Hello, We are using Chocolatay to install some packages on our Windows Server. I tried to install winlogbeat, which downloads the file from [https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/winlogbeat/winlogbeat-7.15.1-windows-x86\_64.zip](https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/winlogbeat/winlogbeat-7.15.1-windows-x86_64.zip). But I get a 403 from this server. I guess that this server is blocked since other IPs are able to download. What is the correct way to get a delist? Also interested why we were blocked.
