# Unable to download log from kibana dashboard

I created one dashboard using 2 visualization (1 using save object of discover, another using vertical bar). i saved newly created dashboard and when i am trying to download log in csv format from given option in save object discover visualization I am not able to download log. its not giving any error, can anyone help me what the actual issue is?.

1. Have u tried in a different browser?
2. what version of the stack are you using?
3. exact steps, screenshots , Kibana and ES logs would help
4. what license level is the cluster on
