# Unable to download PDF report from free trial account

Hi Team, we are using the free trial version to purchase elastic security but we are unable to use all the features and unable to download the PDF reports.

Request your support ASAP.

The error message tells you exactly what the problem is - you need to allocate more RAM to Kibana.

Hi @Dineshchillu

In addition to what was mentioned by @TimV our reporting troubleshooting mentions that for the report feature to work there is a need for at least 2GB of RAM [Reporting troubleshooting | Kibana Guide [8.3] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/reporting-troubleshooting.html#reporting-troubleshooting-system-requirements)
