# Unable to export actions

Hi all,

when trying to export some (5) actions using the Kibana Saved Objects UI, we receive the following unspecific error:

`Unable to generate export: Error transforming objects to export`

This error does not occur with any other object type. Furthermore, Kibana does not list any Saved Objects with type action in the object list. We are currently using v7.17.3 and are backing up our objects because we are looking to upgrade soon.

Has anyone seen this type of error?
