# Unable to find EMS tile configuration for id: road\_map

How do we fix this?  
Have also tried doing as per the [link](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/6.7/maps-connect-to-ems.html#_disabling_elastic_maps_service)

It was working fine before i upgraded to 6.8.0.  
I have a setup where we are behind corporate proxy

Please help.

@karnamonkster There is a known issue with Maps and corporate proxies. A fix should be coming in 7.2.

For now, you can add a Tile Map Service from URL and use this URL. [https://tiles.maps.elastic.co/v2/default/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?elastic\_tile\_service\_tos=agree&my\_app\_name=kibana](https://tiles.maps.elastic.co/v2/default/%7Bz%7D/%7Bx%7D/%7By%7D.png?elastic_tile_service_tos=agree&my_app_name=kibana)
