# Unable to find usable node.js executable while staring kibana server

Hi,

While starting the Kibana server I am getting the below error :

I'm running Kibana-6.5.1 development build on Windows 10 64-bit. I have installed all the dependencies with the yarn bootstrap command. The node.js version installed on my machine is v8.11.4 which is listed on the node-version file in the kibana directory.

Could you please help.

Sounds like your node.js is not installed correctly.

Can you run `node --version`?

I am able to run the version command. Below is a screenshot.
