# Unable to import visualizations

Hi,
When I try importing visualizations I get the error failed: Could not locate that index-pattern (id: netflow-\*).
However the `netflow-*` index exists. Only the timelion visualization imported correctly.
Not all indexes from the old server are present on the new server.

index-pattern in kibana setting , it's not index name 😃

I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand.
The index pattern in Kibana (under management) and the index (generated by logstash) are both named `netflow-*`.
