# Unable to install plugin on windows

Hi,all:

I could not install logstash plugin on windows 7. Here are my steps:

1. download logstash zip and unzip it.
2. open cmd and move to \logstash-5.4.1\bin
3. logstash-plugin install logstash-input-heroku

But it gives me there errors:

I also try to install other plugin but it shows the same error messages.  
Could anyone give me suggestion?
